More Information

Treat your body right with this custom shorty bass, built with your health in mind, using high-quality/tone wood that is not common in this price range.

Eastern European ALDER
A popular choice for most bass guitars is the Eastern European Alder, known for its strong, clear full-bodied sound, with beefy mids and excellent lows, perfect for the traditional jazz bass sound with singing high notes.

Dual Truss rod system and Double Titanium Reinforcement Rods

All Form Factor Audio basses come with Dual Truss rod system and Double Titanium Reinforcement Rods. There are a lot of basses on the market with a tendency to have weak neck binding structures due to strong string tensions. For this reason, to maintain neck stiffness and stability, two Titanium rods are applied to all Form Factor Audio bass guitars. We call this Double Titanium Reinforcement Rod.

TUSQ NUT
The nut is one of the most important parts of the bass that influences the performance, playability, and tone of the instrument. Depending on the quality of the material and elasticity, the nut can either improve or degrade the sound. Although the TUSQ nut is more costly and harder to work with, it is considered to deliver more balanced, clearer and smoother tones than plastic, corian or other materials.
